        1. TIME OF ENTRY AND EXIT

1.   Admission: from 17 h; Departure: until 11 h.
2.  For different schedules, check with the owner.    

       
        2. CUSTOMER´S  RESPONSIBILITY

1.     At the end of the  stay, the customer must leave the house in the order and cleanliness conditions encountered upon entering.
2.     The customer is responsible for any damage caused during their stay in the house.
3.     Occasional visits are not allowed.
4.     On the eve of the entry, or when the customer knows, we expect to be informed of the approximate arrival time.
5.     Pets are not allowed.
6.     We appreciate smokers to smoke outside the house.
7.     Casa Labetxea is not responsible for any incidents that may occur ( power outages, water outages,...).
8.    In case of fire danger announcement by the Town Hall, it is forbidden to use the barbecue.
