To make a reservation, a deposit of 40% is required. The balance should be paid in cash upon arrival, once you have checked the condition of the house.

Cancelling reservations

According to law (Navarre Government Decree 243/1999):

• If the cancellation of the reservation takes place more than 7 and less than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be retained.
• If the cancellation is made 7 days or less before the scheduled arrival date, the entire deposit will be forfeited and will remain at the disposal of the owner.
