The house is reserved via an advance payment of 40% of the total for your stay. The balance is to be paid in cash, on the day of arrival, once you have verified the condition of the house.

Cancelling a reservation

According to Navarrese community law (Foral Decree 243/1999):

• If the reservation is cancelled over 7, but less than 15 days before the scheduled arrival day, 50% of the deposit will be retained.
• If the reservation is cancelled 7 days or less before the scheduled arrival date, the full deposit will be retained by the proprietor.

Arrival and departure times

If on the day of your arrival or departure, another party is arriving or departing, the schedule will be:

Arrivals: From 7:00 pm onwards (19:00h)
Departure: At 10:00 am

If no other party is arriving or departing on the day, we will follow the usual schedule: arrival between 5:00 and 8:00pm (17:00-20:00) and departure at 12:00 noon at the latest. It is usually possible to arrive later than stipulated above as long as this is arranged previously by phone.

Clients are responsible for the cleaning whilst staying at Casa Labetxea. The house must be left in the same conditions of cleanliness, functionality and use as it was upon arrival.
